A festive New Year's course dinner that is based on Okinawan and homegrown ingredients awaits you. For fish we serve sautéed tilefish with vinegared seaweed fry or homard lobster with vegetables and nage sauce. Duck legs confit or grilled Japanese beef loin are available for the main dish.
