Caressed by breezes under the wide Okinawan sky, experience the many pleasures of our garden, a vast private sanctuary where you'll find many trees and plants indigenous to these islands.

As you descend the stairs into our garden, you'll find yourself in untouched natural surroundings. Breathe deeply in this power spot, where soft breezes, birdsong, and the ever-changing play of light awaken the senses to nature's beauty.

Overlooking the East China Sea, our garden greets the visitor with scenic views and colorful blooms at any time of year. Brilliant red Calliandra (also known as "powderpuff" and "fairy duster," for its whimsically shaped flower), the aromatic lantana with its delicate yellow petals, and the rare jade vine are just a few of the plants you can discover here.

Our chefs proudly tend a variety of heirloom fruits and vegetables which they pluck at the height of readiness to transform into the mineral-rich and mouthwatering "Sima Cuisine" served at Fine Dining, our restaurant. You'll even find some of our house-grown herbs used as cocktail garnishes.

The Garden and its Azumaya facility serve as venues for a number of our cultural programs, such as sanshin lessons, morning yoga, and walking tours of our Kitchen Garden.
