To provide special services and incentives for the common benefit of members, while facilitating their use of The Terrace Hotel collection of properties.
- Membership Benefits
As published in the most recent edition of the Services Guide.
Individuals aged 20 or over whose application for enrollment has been approved are eligible for membership.
- Application Procedures
Prospective members must submit the required application form in writing or online and pay the per-person annual fee. Membership becomes effective on the day your membership card is issued.
- Membership Fee
The annual per-person fee is JPY 10,000 (exclusive of sales tax). It is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
- Period of Validity
Membership remains valid until the final day of the month joined, in the subsequent year. (A membership commenced anytime in July 2015 will remain effective until July 31, 2016.)
- Membership Card
Membership is non-transferable. Your membership card entitles you to receive certain privileges and benefits that apply only when it is presented. Please notify The Terrace Hotels promptly in the event your card is lost, stolen, or damaged. A new one will be issued for a fee of JPY 1,000 (exclusive of sales tax).
- Membership Record
Members are requested to notify The Terrace Hotels promptly of any changes to address, telephone number or other personal information provided at the time of application.
- Membership Name
The name on your membership card cannot be modified.
The personal information provided by you on your application form will be used to deliver information about the Members’ Program offerings and services. Your personal information will be disclosed to a third party only when The Terrace Hotels receives your consent to do so, or by order of court of law.
- Revision of Terms and Benefits
Management has the absolute discretion to revoke, supplement, augment or otherwise alter program terms and benefits without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding on all members.
