Nature Workout


Join us and our Nature Workout that is designed for people who regularly exercise as well as for beginners. Guided by an instructor, this workout includes 7 different kinds of exercise such as push-ups and squats. Enjoy a refreshing workout in the midst of nature at the beach or on our lawn.

(On rainy days exercise will be held at the "Open Square")
Workout Fee Free
Age Limit Participants must be at least 13 years old.
*This exercise is not suitable for pregnant women.
Number of Participants 1 Group of 1 to 8 People
Reservation Please make a reservation at least 1 hour in advance.
