Enjoy two elegant course dinner menus at "Fine Dining". Try "Stagione" featuring shrimps with strawberry sauce and marinated seafood, tuna "mi-cuit" of local produce served with a wasabi flavored sauce as well as grilled Japanese black beef tenderloin with yuzu pepper dressing. Indulge yourself with "Riunione" featuring marinated seafood and burdock root mousse, fish poiree and home-grown seasonal vegetables served with caponata sauce and sauteed beef tenderloin with sweet madeira wine sauce.
