Planned Power Outage Notice : December 18, 20, 2023 & January 29, 2024

Dear Valued Customer, 

Please be advised that we will conduct a mandatory inspection of our electrical  power system at The Busena Terrace. In order to safely conduct the inspection, power will be turned off for a few hours starting from the time shown below.

• Scheduled Time :
  December 19, 2023 from 1:30 a.m. - 4:30 a.m.
  December 21, 2023 from 1:30 a.m. - 4:30 a.m.
  January 30, 2024 from 0:00 a.m. - 4:00 a.m.

1. December 19, 2023 (Notice for staying guests staying on December 18, 2023)
Power outage period: December 19, 2023 from 1:30 a.m. - 4:30 a.m.
Power outage area: All rooms (South Tower, part of Central Tower, Club Villas) and public areas.

2. December 21, 2023 (Notice for staying guests staying on December 20, 2023)
Power outage period: December 21, 2023 from 1:30 a.m. - 4:30 a.m.
Power outage area: All rooms (North Tower, part of Central Tower) and public areas.

3. January 30, 2024 (Notice for staying guests staying on January 29, 2022)
Power outage period: January 30, 2024 from 0:00 a.m. - 4:00 a.m.
Power outage area: Banyan Village, outdoor lights on the promenade along the beach (temporary electricity will be used partially), Rumble Fish.

• * In addition to the lighting in the guest room, air conditioning, hot water supply, refrigerator, and electric goods cannot be used during the time period of 1 & 2 above. In-room telephone and toilet are available for use.
• * During the time period of 1 above, only one elevator on the North Tower side will be operated.
• * During the time period of 2 above,  all elevators in the building will operate.
