This elegant course dinner is an homage to Nice in Southern France and features giant clam, Okinawan pork salt and squid stuffed ravioli with gelee sauce. Followed by roasted Okinawan beef with piperade made of seasonal vegetables. Delight in Fanuan's Menu de Vacances and have a wonderful summer vacation.
