Spring Fair 2021

Indulge in the exquisite cherry blossom and white chocolate mousse, combining the rich aroma of cherry blossoms with the fruity acidity of the tankan mandarin gelée. To drink, we have prepared a rich royal milk tea using caramel flavored tea leaves and strawberries sourced locally as well as herbal teas with natural roselle and lemongrass extracts. Savor a beautiful spring tea break while basking in the sunlight in the fresh, spring breeze.
