To celebrate the flowering of the cherry blossoms in Okinawa, the earliest in Japan, we invite you to savor a dazzling spring kaiseki meal with seasonal flavors, including bamboo shoots, wild plants, and young burdock roots, with clams and rockfish among other spring staples taking center stage. The cherry blossom tofu and cherry blossom fried gluten cakes that decorate the appetizers and hors d'oeuvres also come in adorable colors and shapes unique to this season. Enjoy the delicate handiwork and delightful spring hospitality.
