The seasonal menu announcing the arrival of early summer offers a sumptuous combination of fresh abalone, Okinawan fish, and premium Wagyu beef. Of these, the aroma from the sizzling Herb-Crusted Nakijin Agu Pork grilled with fresh herbs such as organic parsley, Italian thyme, and the Okinawan “sakuna,” grown in the garden of our sister hotel The Atta Terrace Club Towers, truly whets the appetite. Savor the delightful flavors from the Okinawan earth with a special checca sauce made from marinated tomatoes and the seasonal arugula from the garden.
