"Blessings of Nirai Kanai"

A 10-course menu starting with an hors d'oeuvre of Ryukyu Chicken Confit, a rare Okinawan native breed. An array of Okinawan ingredients such as slipper lobster, red-spotted rock cod, and Motobu beef served with specially prepared premium fruit sauces, delicately arranged on the plate like a summer painting. Savor each dish while taking in the tropical night, enveloped in the gentle ocean breeze from the folklore paradise, Nirai Kanai.
