For the changing season from autumn to winter on the southern island, indulge in Chinese dishes filled with delectable ingredients and local produce. Your taste buds will awaken with the spiny lobster cooked at a low temperature to enhance its flavor, served with an aromatic garlic soy sauce and ginger scallion sauce. The quality meebai (grouper) caught in the waters near Okinawa is delicately savory, paired with a seafood sauce. Okinawan Wagyu beef is served with a special vinegar sauce featuring star anise depicting the stars after sunset.
