The King Crab and Millet Gateau appetizer is accompanied by roasted oval squid, a seasonal specialty. The consommé soup made from the broth of the rare Okinawan native chicken expresses the golden sunset of Busena. For the main dish, the Challans Duck Breast Roti served with black garlic puree will envelop the paradise table embolden with hints of autumn in the exquisite aroma.
