New Year Dinner “Ryukyu Dynasty”

Our New Year’s Eve special dinner course features Wagyu beef, foie gras, and abalone grilled on the teppanyaki grill for the main dish. It is served with flavorful dishes such as “Uni,” a traditional Okinawan steamed dish compromising Okinawa’s Yanbaru pork, fish cakes, kelp, and burdock root. The local tiger prawns grilled on the teppanyaki grill are then seasoned with turmeric salt in the shape of a shooting star for a visually pleasing presentation.
* Uni = A traditional Okinawan steamed dish eaten on year-end.
