New Year’s Special Kaiseki Course "Kotobuki"

This kaiseki course features both auspicious New Year cuisine as well as specially selected premium ingredients. The appetizer is filled with traditional New Year’s gems such as herring roe, black soybeans, chicken matsukaze, and Mahae’s original mullet roe. The sashimi displays the impressive expertise and culinary flair of the chef while adding a touch of glamour to the course.
