The Twinkling of Christmas "Starry Cakes"

We have prepared two types of cakes perfect for teatime during the Christmas season. The Noel Rouge, with its red and green Christmas colors and snowflake topping, is a multi-layered raspberry and pistachio sponge cake containing a flavorful buttercream between the layers. The Noel Etoile, with its chocolate star falling onto the snow-like meringue, is a chocolate mousse filled with passion fruit and caramelized banana. The melty sensation of tropical taste will enthrall you.
