Pre-Counseling (30 minutes)
We will go over each treatment plan in detail to help you get acquainted with thalassotherapy while conducting a health inquiry.
Basic Thalasso (45 minutes)
Enjoy the many benefits of our thalasso pool under the guidance of an instructor and then relax afloat in the seawater. This plan is intended for guests looking to relish the benefits of the thalasso pool.
Body Wrap (30 minutes)
We will apply body wraps made from seaweed and sea mud to warm the body from the core and promote metabolism as well as guide the way to recover from fatigue.
Cape Walking (60 minutes)
A Nordic pole walk while feeling the breeze from the sea and greenery along Cape Busena. Use the muscles throughout your body and enjoy cardio while easing the strain on your knees.
Seasonal Wellness Cuisine
Under the concept of low fat, low sugar, low calorie, and high protein, we offer a healthy and delectable course meal with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. This meal is also recommended for improving nutritional balance after exercising.
