The Garden Salad beautifully announces the start of the prix fixe meal. The first appetizer of Tomato Jelly and Coulis using tomatoes from The Garden transforms sourness into delight. The fish course features coral grouper, an Okinawan delicacy, and for the main dish, flavorful Wagyu beef served with fresh vegetables from The Garden.
