To start, whet your appetite with the mellow Challans Duck with a seasonal garden salad or a chilled potato consommé jelly be-fore feasting on this summer's recommended seafood dish. Steamed crabs and scallops gently wrapped in white fish, topped off with savoy cabbage from the house garden . Enjoy with the garden vegetable risotto. The main meat dish features Okinawan Wagyu Beef Poêle served with a tradi-tional Béarnaise sauce.
