Okinawan Citrus Cocktail Fair

A spring cocktail made with Okinawan ingredients and herbs from the house garden. The “Okinawan Mandarino” is a refreshing carbonated cocktail that combines the rich flavor of craft rum from Minami-Daito Island with juice from seasonal tankan mandarin. The hot cocktail “T・ender” is based on the mellow taste of an aged Awamori liquor, "Sangosho 10 Years," mixed with winter melon honey derived from the traditional Okinawan sweet, winter melon pickles, and topped with shikuwasa from the house garden. A warm aroma and soft taste make it a fine evening beverage.
