Midsummer Cuisine

Our midsummer course dinner is an homage to Southern France where Restaurant Fanuan's Chef Kina gained his culinary skills. This course dinner begins with hors d'oeuvre, full of colorful vegetables inspired by the Rhône river. Followed by sweet and sour shore fish en croûte flavored with framboise which is served with late harvest wine and awamori cream sauce.
