Starting with the Flower Garden Hors d'oeuvre, beautifully colored with seasonal vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers, relish the breath of early summer. The fish dish of Red Sea Bream and Shellfish with Wild Vegetable Beignets is a seasonal dish, with fresh seafood and produce on one plate. For the main dish, Wagyu Grillé is served with a sauce combining the rich flavor of morel mushrooms with the spiciness and aroma of Japanese sansho pepper and seasonal greens.
