Taking advantage of its robust flavor and tender quality, we have prepared four à la carte dishes with the Okinawan branded pork of Benibuta in La SIMA style. Two different types of pinchos featuring Benibuta prosciutto and Benibuta rillettes using brown sugar, along with the mellow taste and aroma of Charcoal Oven-Grilled Benibuta. The Salted Pork Paella incorporating Okinawan salted pork with Benibuta meatballs stewed in a tomato sauce will have you savoring the warm flavors of Spanish home-cooked dishes.
