An array of invigorating dishes with generous helpings of the sun's harvest. The seasonal fish course features the refreshing Sweetfish Somen (wheat noodle). Tuna caught in the sea near Okinawa is served on ice, along with the cooling sensation of the savory, glazed grilled eel. A jelly of colorful summer vegetables is cooling for the eyes and taste buds. A healthy summer kaiseki making the most of midsummer with a variety of nourishing flavors.
