Three original dishes with ingredients that epitomize summer. The Mango Passion Tart, featuring mango and passion fruit mousse, has a deliciously fragrant almond crust. The tropical Coco Pine, deriving inspiration from the Caribbean piña colada cocktail, features a coconut mouse with the sweet and sour taste of pineapple. Mint is a refreshing mousse made with simmered fresh mint and chocolate glaze, creating a refreshing taste sensation for the mature palate.
