A collaboration menu to savor Okinawan Wagyu beef, characterized by its fine meat quality and firm lean meat, prepared La SIMA style. Cooked on the Spanish Josper charcoal oven to accentuate its flavors for a tasteful sensation. There are four different dishes to choose from, including the Roasted Okinawan Wagyu Beef Ensalada with its flavorsome marbling and the tender and aromatic Grilled Okinawan Wagyu Beef Fillet.
