Menu de Noël “New Creation”

For the Holy Night dinner, we will have a sumptuous gastronomic feast that will nourish your spirit. For the appetizer, the turkey, a traditional Christmas treat, is dressed in a gâteau with foie gras and served with a sweet and invigorating framboise sauce. The fish dish is a luxurious and wintery mixture of lobster poêle and snow crab scented with yuzu. For the main dish, revel in Wagyu beef sirloin and pie wrapped duck in a boldly aromatic truffle sauce. You can choose from one of two desserts.
