Seasonal Desserts “Nouvelle Saveur”

We have prepared two kinds of cakes perfect for the Christmas season. The Tarte Foret Noir, which means jet-black forest, is a wholesome and delightful mousse made with chocolate from the French chocolate brand of Valrhona, with cherry gelée sealed inside. An elegant white and pink Mousse Mascarpone au Raspberry offers a flavorful and rare cheesecake with a fruity flare.
