Indulge in this summer's new course dinner menus at "Fine Dining" featuring ingredients from "Our Farm". "Bentornata" meaning "welcome home" in Italian is based on white trevally and tuna, rice salad with summer vegetables as well as beef tenderloin with bordelaise sauce. Our other course dinner menu "Stagione" meaning "season" features homard lobster, summer vegetables, zucchini rolls with passion fruit gelee and Japanese black beef tenderloin with red wine and berry sauce.
