Delight in our summer course dinners featuring nutritious home-grown vegetables from "Our Farm" and seasonal ingredients. "Bentornata" meaning "welcome back" in Italian is served with marinated asparagus and local white fish with sweet and sour peach and passion fruit sauce. The main course includes grilled beef tenderloin with red wine sauce and truffle cream. "Stagione" meaning "season" features tuna wraps with fig and yogurt sauce as well as wasabi. Followed by grilled abalone with liver and mozuku seaweed sauce to increase Japanese flavors.
