Delight in our autumn course dinners featuring nutritious home-grown vegetables from “Our Farm” and seasonal ingredients. “Bentornata” meaning “welcome back” in Italian is served with grilled beef tenderloin with Madeira sauce. Whereas, “Stagione” meaning “seasons” features shore fish and fruit mille-feuille, sauteed fish with root vegetables and roasted wild game meat (gibier).
