YOGA WORK
Morning yoga, practiced at the beginning of the day, allows you to align your circadian rhythm (autonomic nervous system) by basking in the gentle morning sun. It also helps increase blood flow throughout the body by slowly moving stiff muscles and joints, awakening both the body and mind. Whether you're a regular practitioner or new to yoga, our group classes offer poses tailored to each individual's level of experience.
