- What is the best way to eat croissants?
-
Please warm your croissant to enjoy it. The recommended way to warm up the croissant:
1. Preheat the toaster and warm up the croissant for 2-3 minutes (Don’t bake but warm up)
2. Take out the croissant and wait for 1 minute (Please wait until the croissant has cooled down)
- How do you preserve breads at home?
-
In order to preserve the fresh taste and flavor of breads at home, we recommend covering the bread with plastic-wrap or plastic bag and put it in the freezer. Breads will harden and loose its texture and taste at temperatures of 0 to 4 degrees the most, so we do not recommend preserving in the refrigerator.
Large slice of breads are recommended to be wrapped in small portions (2-3 loaves of bread or baguette sliced in small size) and freeze immediately as to preserve the deliciousness.
- How do I warm up the bread which I had preserved in the freezer?
-
After thawing the bread at room temperature, lightly spray the surface with a spray of water, and lightly bake it in a toaster or oven.
