[2027/2/1 - ] Notice of Okinawa Accommodation Tax
Thank you for your continued patronage of The Terrace Hotels. Please be advised that Okinawa Prefecture will introduce an accommodation tax on stays beginning February 1, 2027.
| Effective Date | Stays from February 1, 2027 |

| Tax Rate | 2% of the accommodation charge per person, per night (excluding tax), capped at JPY 2,000. |
・Accommodation tax is not included in rates displayed through online reservation systems and must be paid at the property.
・The tax applies to all stays from February 1, 2027, regardless of when the reservation was made.
・For the purposes of this tax, the accommodation charge includes the room rate and associated service charges. Meals and consumption tax are excluded.
・If tax regulations change after your reservation is confirmed, the amount payable will be adjusted according to the regulations in effect on your stay date.
