Guest Rooms

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 12:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 a.m. Check-in and check-out times may differ depending on the accommodation plan.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes. The Executive and Terrace Suites may be adjoined, subject to availability.

What is the maximum occupancy of your guest rooms?

Single, double, and triple occupancy limits differ from room to room. Please confirm the details on the official website's guest room page.

What about Internet connectivity?

You can enjoy free high-speed internet access via LAN or Wi-Fi. Additionally, LAN cables are provided in the guest rooms.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?

The entrance to each room is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. Additionally, upon request, we offer the following assistive devices: "bedside handrails," "handrails around the toilet," "non-slip mats for the bathroom," and "bath chairs."
*Please note that the availability of these assistive devices is limited, so we recommend contacting us in advance.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?

While our Superior Ocean Front-2F, Maisonette and Club Villas have stairs, nearly all other room types are fully wheelchair-accessible. Upon request we can provide bedside and toilet handrails, non-slip bath mats, and shower chairs. Please notify us in advance should you require any of these items.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All the rooms are non-smoking. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the room and on the balcony. If you are found smoking or if our staff finds cigarette-butts in your room, you will be charged JPY 20,000 cleaning and compensation fee.

Can luggage be sent to the hotel in advance of our arrival?

Please send your luggage to the Butler Service at the address below. Be sure to include the reservation holder's name, the sender's name, and your arrival date. We will keep your luggage safe until you arrive.

Family Travel

Can children stay for free?

There is no extra charge for children up to age five. From age six, children count as part of each room's occupancy. Please note that the age limit may differ depending on the accommodation plan.

Do you have children's pajamas?

We provide loungewear in size 130 cm.

Do you have bassinets and strollers?

Yes, a limited number are available for complimentary use on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can you assist with baby food?

These arrangements are available for an additional fee. Please inform us of any allergies, dietary preferences, and cooking methods at least 7 days before your arrival.

Does the restaurant have a children's menu?

Each restaurant offers seasonal menus and has some options for children. For details, please contact the respective restaurant.

Are there any restaurants that are not accessible to children?

In the bar, guests under 20 years old are not allowed to use the bar.

What are the choices of restaurant at the resort?

We offer four types of restaurants:
Restaurants:
Restaurant "Fanuan" (Western Cuisine): Enjoy continental cuisine blended with local ingredients and authentic course dinners. The terrace seats, surrounded by nature, light, and greenery, provide a graceful resort atmosphere.
Japanese Restaurant "Mahae": We serve seasonal kaiseki cuisine, fresh sashimi made from seafood, and Okinawan dishes.
Teppanyaki Restaurant "Ryutan": A teppanyaki-style restaurant where select Wagyu beef, fresh seafood, and seasonal vegetables are grilled in front of you. Experience the full flavor of the ingredients.
Tapas & Charcoal Grill "La Sima": The first restaurant in Okinawa to introduce a Spanish charcoal oven, which roasts island vegetables, seafood, and meats quickly and boldly, maximizing their flavor and juiciness. We also offer tapas to enjoy with Spanish, French, and Italian wines.

Do you take dining reservations in advance?

Is reservation required for breakfast?

Reservation is not required. We will guide you to the seats on a first-come-first-served basis.

Is there a dress code for the restaurant?

There are no specific restrictions (except for certain periods or events).

Are your restaurants and bar non-smoking?

All of our restaurants are non-smoking.

Are the restaurants open daily?

Do your restaurants have private rooms?

The Japanese restaurant "Mahae" offers private rooms accommodating between 6 to 24 guests. The restaurant "Fanuan" does not have private rooms, but it does have a semi-private space for 6 to 7 guests, separated by a large frosted glass partition.

Do some tables offer better views?

The restaurants are located on the second floor, so they do not offer views of the ocean or nightscape. However, the window-side seats at Restaurant "Fanuan" and Japanese Restaurant "Mahae" face an inner courtyard with a lush green lawn stretching out in front.

Can you accommodate special dietary requests?

At all of our restaurants, we are pleased to accommodate requests for meals free of the following common food allergens. Please contact our Food and Beverage Department seven days in advance of your visit to request menus made to order. At this time we are unable to accommodate special requests for dietary allergens other than those listed here.
• Shrimp, Crab, Wheat, Dairy, Eggs, Peanuts, Soba

I would like to use the restaurant for a special occasion. Is it possible to arrange for a cake or other items for the celebration?

We can customize arrangements such as cakes and bouquets to meet your preferences. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Can restaurant vouchers be purchased as gifts?

On the first floor, at the "Hotel Selection," lunch and dinner vouchers are available for purchase.
Lunch Vouchers (2 types):
Weekday Use: ¥3,800 (tax included)
Weekend and Holiday Use: ¥4,500 (tax included)
Dinner Vouchers (3 types):¥8,500 (tax included), ¥12,000 (tax included), ¥15,000 (tax included)

We're not staying at the hotel. Can we still dine at your restaurants?

Yes, we welcome non-staying guests as well. (Excluding certain periods)

Facilities

Is parking available at the hotel?

Parking is available. Parking fee will be charged 1,500 JPY (tax inclusive) per car/day at check-out.Parking fee from the 6th- night will be complimentary. Visiting guests using the hotels’ facilities(restaurants, shops, banquets etc.,) will not be charged for parking.

Do you have a pool?

Yes. Our outdoor pool is open from April through September. Its use is complimentary for all registered guests.

Do you have sauna facilities?

Yes. Our sauna, however, is for the use of male guests only. Female guests may take advantage of a wide array of spa treatments in our Esthetic Room.

A dry sauna and dedicated massage room invite our male guests to unwind and refresh. Use of the sauna is complimentary for Club Floor guests.

Do you offer marine activities?

The Busena Terrace

I heard that tattoos are not allowed at many pools and spas in Japan. What is your policy?

At all Terrace Hotel properties, tattoos of any kind may not be shown when on hotel premises. Within the lobby, restaurants, and other public spaces, please wear attire that fully conceals them. Likewise, rash guards or other appropriate swimwear are required at our pools and on the beach. Unfortunately, the spa and sauna facilities are not available for use.

Is it possible to rent a wheelchair?

We have a limited number of complimentary wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there an ATM at the hotel?

No. The closest ATM is located within a convenience store about a two-minute walk away.

Esthetic Room

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by phone or in person. To ensure availability at your preferred time, please book in advance.

Can I have a treatment if I'm pregnant?

We provide safe treatments suitable for guests in stable pregnancy (16 to 32 weeks) or breastfeeding. For more information, please contact the Esthetic Room.

Can men use the facilities?

Use of the Esthetic Room is for women only. Men may book a massage conducted in the privacy of their guestroom, or in our dedicated room for men. For details about our Relaxation Service offerings, click here.

Is there an age restriction?

Only customers aged 18 and above are eligible to use our services.

Can I wear my contact lenses during a treatment?

For facials, we recommend that contact lenses be removed. If necessary please bring your own case and solution.

Do I need to remove my make-up first?

Cleansing is included in our facial treatments. If you have reserved a body treatment, we recommend that you remove your make-up beforehand to enhance your relaxation.

Are make-up and hair-grooming tools provided for use afterwards?

If you plan to apply makeup or style your hair after the treatment, please bring your own makeup and hair care products. Combs and hairdryers are available for your use.

I'm not staying at the hotel. Can I still book an appointment?

Yes, guests who are not staying at The Busena Terrace can also receive treatments at Terrace Spa.

How many minutes before my reservation time should I arrive?

Please arrive at the esthetic room 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please note: If you arrive after your reserved time, you may not be able to receive your chosen service.

By when should I notify you if I need to cancel?

Please notify us of any cancellations or changes by 12:00 PM the day before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

What if I'm not feeling well on the day of my appointment?

If you are not feeling well, or if you have an injury, allergy, or skin condition, please inform us in advance. Depending on your physical condition and reservation details, you may be unable to receive treatments. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before any treatment.

I would like to give a spa treatment as a gift. Can I purchase a spa voucher?

We offer gift tickets for a 100-minute treatment. These tickets can be customized to address individual skin concerns and preferences, including facial and body treatments. For more details, please contact the esthetic room.

How can we get to the hotel from Naha Airport?

There are various transportation options available, including regular buses, cars, taxis, and Terrace Hire (charged). For more details, please refer to the following link: Access

We'd like to plan some outings during our stay. How far is the hotel from some recommended things to do in the area?

If you are using a rental car, we provide information on the following destinations.

I would like to go to a sister property.

For guests staying at The Terrace Hotels, we operate a dedicated free shuttle bus between our hotels. As seating is limited, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

Yes, the nearest one is a two-minute walk from the hotel.

Is there a hospital nearby?

Yes. Naha City Hospital is approximately 15 minutes from the hotel by car.

Weddings

What types of wedding ceremonies are available?

We offer three types of wedding ceremonies: Christian, Shinto, and civil ceremonies. For Christian weddings, you can choose from the Garden Chapel, SDA Naha Church, or the Whiye Chapel. Please note that the available ceremony styles may vary depending on the date. For more details, please contact our bridal staff.

What is the maximum capacity of the banquet hall?

The banquet hall "Adan" can accommodate weddings for 50 to 308 guests. Additionally, Restaurant "Fanuan" can host weddings for 30 to 70 guests, and "La Sima" can accommodate 30 to 78 guests. We offer a variety of wedding styles to suit your needs.

When can I start making reservations for the wedding reception?

We begin accepting reservations for wedding receptions up to 18 months in advance. If you have a specific date or time in mind, please reach out to us early. While demand often peaks around 8 months before the event, we may still be able to accommodate weddings closer to the date, around 4 months in advance. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Do you host betrothal ceremonies?

Yes. Betrothal ceremonies combined with a Japanese or Western-style sit-down feast are very popular; we would be pleased to assist with yours.

If I live outside Okinawa, how will the planning process be handled?

Even if you have limited opportunities to visit the venue in person, the planning process will proceed smoothly. We can handle meetings through email for exchanging materials and images, by phone, or online. Some couples have successfully planned their weddings without ever visiting the venue. However, if possible, visiting the venue and having direct discussions can offer additional reassurance for your wedding day.

Are reservations required for a site tour?

Yes. Please call us to confirm that the venue is available on the day you plan to visit. A member of our bridal team would be pleased to conduct the tour and discuss each venue's possibilities with you.

What are the hours of your Bridal Salon?

Our bridal staff are on hand to meet with you and discuss your plans seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Regular holiday: Wed.) However, reservations are recommended.

Where can we rent bridal and formal wear?

Festina, located on our third floor, offers a wide selection of formal wear for bridal parties. In addition, our bridal planners have worked closely with nearly every dress shop in the prefecture and would be pleased to assist you in finding the right one for your needs.

Is payment required in advance of the ceremony?

No. Payment may be made in full within eight days of your ceremony, via bank transfer or by cash. We do however require a deposit of ¥100,000 at the time you book your wedding.

Is payment by credit card accepted?

Credit card payments are also accepted. However, prior authorization from your credit card company is required. We will only accept credit card payments if authorization from the card company is obtained.
