Energizing Yoga

Sunset SUP Yoga
Yoga performed on a SUP board in the ocean. By taking yoga's basic poses while swaying with the waves, your core strength is enhanced. Moreover, by listening to the sound of waves and basking in the sunlight, you can feel a sense of unity with nature.
