This summer, we're introducing a luxury at its finest menu at "Ryutan". For seafood, take your pick from spiny lobsters, abalones, lobsters, and locally sourced coastal fish. As for the star of our teppanyaki, choose between four varieties of locally sourced Wagyu beef, alongside a choice of loin or shoulder loin from the indigenous Okinawan breed 'Nakijin Agu' pork.
