Planned Power Outage Notice : December 9, 16, 2026 and January 19, 2027

Dear Valued Customer, 

Please be advised that we will conduct a mandatory inspection of our electrical  power system at The Busena Terrace. In order to safely conduct the inspection, power will be turned off for a few hours starting from the time shown below.

• Scheduled Time :
  December 9, 2026 from 1:30 - 4:30 a.m.
  December 16, 2026 from 1:30 - 4:30 a.m.
  January 19, 2027 from midnight - 3:00 a.m.

1. December 9, 2026 (Notice for staying guests staying on December 8, 2026)
Power outage period: December 9, 2026 from 1:30 - 4:30 a.m.
Power outage area: All rooms (North Side) and public areas.

2. December 16, 2026 (Notice for staying guests staying on December 15, 2026)
Power outage period: December 16, 2026 from 1:30 - 4:30 a.m.
Power outage area: All rooms (South Side) and public areas.

3. January 19, 2027 (Notice for staying guests staying on January 18, 2027)
Power outage period: January 19, 2027 from midnight - 3:00 a.m.
Power outage area: Banyan Village, outdoor lights on the promenade along the beach (temporary electricity will be used partially), Rumble Fish.

• * In addition to the lighting in the guest room, air conditioning, hot water supply, refrigerator, and electric goods cannot be used during the time period of 1 & 2 above. In-room telephone and toilet are available for use.
• * All elevators in the building will operate.
