At The Busena Terrace, we are committed to providing our guests with a comfortable and exceptional stay. To further enhance our facilities, renovation work will be carried out on the elevators during the period indicated below. We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Facilities Affected	THE BUSENA TERRACE Main Building Elevators (2 in the North Tower and 2 in the South Tower)
Work Details	Renovation Work （Reinforcement and Anchor Installation Work Inside the Elevator Shafts／Renovation Work）・Please note that construction noise may occur during the work. We appreciate your understanding.
Work Duration	One of the two elevators in each of the North and South Towers will be out of service while work is underway. On certain dates, there will also be periods when both elevators are unavailable. 【North Tower】・Reinforcement and Anchor Installation Work Inside the Elevator Shafts December 7 - 10, 2026 and December 15 - 18, 2026 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. ・Renovation Work January 5 - March 11, 2027 All Day ・Both elevators will be out of service during the times indicated below. 　January 5, 2027, 11:00 p.m. – January 6, 6:00 a.m., 　February 5, 2027, 9:00 p.m. – February 6, 6:00 a.m., 　March 11, 2027, 9:00 p.m. – March 12, 6:00 a.m. 【South Tower】・Renovation Work May 6 - July 6, 2027 All Day ・Both elevators will be out of service during the times indicated below. 　May 6, 2027, 11:00 p.m. – May 7, 6:00 a.m., 　June 6, 2027, 9:00 p.m. – June 7, 6:00 a.m., 　July 6, 2027, 9:00 p.m. – July 7, 6:00 a.m. 　・Reinforcement and anchor installation work inside the elevator shafts is scheduled for around April 2027. Further details will be provided once the schedule has been confirmed.
