Are wheelchairs available for rent?: A limited number of wheelchairs are available for complimentary use on a first-come, first-served basis.

I heard that tattoos are not allowed at many pools and spas in Japan. What is your policy?: At all Terrace Hotel properties, tattoos of any kind may not be shown when on hotel premises. Within the lobby, restaurants, and other public spaces, please wear attire that fully conceals them. Likewise, a rash guard or other appropriate swimwear is required at our pools.

Are your restaurant and other facilities open to non-staying guests?: No. Only registered guests may enter the resort.

Do you have a gym and sauna facilities?: Our guests are welcome to use the bath and sauna facilities of our Club House at the adjacent Golf Resort, as well as the training gym and sauna facilities of our sister property, The Busena Terrace, a 15-minute drive away.

Do you offer marine activities?: All guests of The Terrace Hotels may enjoy the wide range of marine activities offered nearby at The Busena Terrace. Cruises, parasailing, fishing, snorkeling, seabed strolls, introductory diving, and classes in windsurfing, wakeboarding, and waterskiing are some of the many options available. Marine passports, valid for up to three days for registered guests, are an economical way to enjoy unlimited equipment rentals.

Do you have an indoor pool?: We have an unheated outdoor pool which is open from April through November. Our guests are welcome to use the indoor pool at The Busena Terrace, our sister resort located a 15-minute drive away.

How can we get to the hotel from Naha Airport?

There are several means of transport:

Via car or taxi, the trip is approximately 75 minutes using National Route 58, or one hour using the Okinawa Expressway. The resort is 15 minutes from Yaka on Route 58 northbound.
From The Naha Terrace, which is just 20 minutes from Naha Airport by car, registered guests may use our complimentary shuttle service linking the Terrace hotels. From Naha there are two departures a day, at 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Advance reservations are required.
For a one-way fee of JPY 19,000 per car, we would be pleased to arrange chauffeured transport from the airport to the hotel. To book this service, please telephone our Reservations Department at:

Can luggage be sent to the hotel in advance of our arrival?

Yes, we will hold the luggage in safekeeping for you until the time of your arrival. The address label must indicate the guest's name, the name of the sender, and the check-in date. Please send the luggage to this address:

Is there an ATM at the resort?: The nearest ATM is located in a convenience store, about a 10-minute drive away.

Is parking available at the resort?: Parking is available. Parking fee will be charged JPY 1,500 (tax inclusive) per car/day at check-out.
Guests who have made a reservation before March 31, 2023, parking fee is JPY 1,000 per car/day.
Parking fee from the 6th- night will be complimentary.

We'd like to plan some outings during our stay. How far is the hotel from some recommended things to do in the area?

Is there a hospital nearby?: Yes. The Okinawa Hokubu Hospital is approximately 30 minutes from the hotel by car.

Does you provide transport to The Busena Terrace?: Yes, a complimentary shuttle service links all of the Terrace hotels, with three departures daily to The Busena Terrace. As capacity is limited, reservations are recommended.
