For a memorable evening with your cherished companion, we present a Christmas dinner of refined artistry and heartfelt care. Lobster is reimagined through the French “Parmentier” technique, transforming familiar flavors into a daring, inventive masterpiece. The Wagyu sirloin main course is paired with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs sourced from our sister hotel’s private garden. Conclude with a duet of desserts: a shimmering champagne jelly panna cotta and a velvety white chocolate mousse, each a celebration of elegance and flavor.
