- *Our treatment offering are designed to enhance relaxation. The Uza Terrace makes no claim of medical efficacy regarding them.
- *We may not be able to provide treatment to those who are experiencing any of the following conditions or symptoms.

If you are seeing a doctor for Heart disease, Liver disease, Severe diabetes, Severe high blood pressure, Severe allergies
Those who have inflammatory symptoms in muscles and joints severe enough to cause uncomfortable pain during your treatment.
If you are less than 16weeks pregnant, or at two weeks before your due date. - *We reserve the right to refuse, or suspend treatment for those who are the falling-dawn drunk.
- *Should you experience discomfort or feel unwell during your treatment, please inform your therapist promptly.
- *The hotel assumes no liability for symptoms that emerge after a treatment.
- * For appointment cancellations, please notify by 2 hours before your reservation time prior to the appointment. If not, you will be charged in full.
