Join a morning fishing experience alongside local uminchu (Okinawan fishermen) aboard a boat departing at 7:00 a.m. from Toya Fishing Port, located approximately 15 minutes by car from the resort. Work together to haul in the fixed fishing nets and gain a firsthand glimpse into Okinawa’s maritime traditions.Upon returning to the port around 9:00 a.m., watch the day’s catch being auctioned. Freshly fried fish tempura is available for purchase at the port’s market stall, while the nearby restaurant, open from 11:00 a.m., serves a variety of freshly prepared local seafood.
