"Sanatio" in Latin means "healing." The main dish, made with chicken, is expected to promote fatigue recovery and immune system enhancement. It is recommended for those concerned about anti-aging or gastrointestinal health. Ingredients such as basil and mugwort, known to alleviate mental stress, are used for flavoring and accents, creating a well-balanced dinner course. With plenty of vegetables, the taste is light, making it a recommended wellness cuisine from early summer to midsummer to help maintain your health.

Chef Higa Toru, the head chef at The Terrace Club at Busena, has crafted these dishes, offering a tantalizing array of flavors and vibrant colors that can only be derived from fresh vegetables.
