Using shell ginger and kuba palm leaves carefully gathered from the grounds of The Uza Terrace, create small handcrafted pieces. Surrounded by the gentle air of the tropics, weave the island’s natural beauty into a one-of-a-kind keepsake of your journey.

Please select one of the following two courses:

①Shell Ginger Tabletop Broom
Bundle shell ginger leaves with twine in your preferred color to create a tabletop broom. The twine is colored using natural or eco-friendly dyes.

②Ganshina Wreath
Gather kuba palm leaves into a circular wreath. Adorn it with seasonal flowers and foliage, display it as a traditional New Year’s decoration, or use it as a trivet.
*Ganshina: A ring-shaped cushion traditionally placed on the head by Okinawan women when carrying loads.
