The Uenoya Seasonal Kaiseki is a luncheon course that changes each month, guided by the quiet rhythm of the seasons. At this time of year, the last traces of spring — delicate mountain vegetables — meet the first arrivals of summer, including bonito and sweetfish, in a composition shaped by transition and light.As early summer sunlight settles across the greenery, linger over a table that reflects the season’s subtle shift — a moment of calm abundance, gently unfolding.
