A French-inspired tasting menu showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients from Okinawa, complemented by vegetables and herbs harvested from the private gardens of our sister properties. Seasonal broad squid dressed with fragrant herb oil, an aromatic soup featuring mushrooms from Itoman, and island-cured pork paired with fresh seafood are thoughtfully prepared to highlight the natural character of each ingredient. Each course reflects the richness of Okinawa's land and sea through refined French cuisine.
