Inspired by the warmth and convivial spirit of a Spanish Christmas, this festive set menu is designed for sharing and celebration. A selection of tapas evokes a starlit Christmas Eve, followed by playful interpretations of Spanish classics, including cannelloni inspired by a traditional slow-cooked dish. Carabinero prawn paella brings rich flavors of the sea, while tender beef fillet, grilled in the Josper oven, completes a vibrant celebration around the table.
