Stretching for Relaxation

Even the most stressed-out bodies yield to these leisurely but effective stretches. First-timers welcome. Wear loose, comfortable clothes (no rental wear is available). Exercises will be done barefoot.

Rythm & Stretch

"Rhythm and Stretch" is a special program to help promote your appetite through exercise. Also great for those who do not exercise regularly.

Tai Chi Dance

These exercises combine Tai Chi movements and breathing techniques with other traditional Chinese martial arts. Enhancing the mood is a soundtrack of inspiring Chinese music.

Nature Workout

Nature Workout is designed for people who regularly exercise as well as for beginners. Guided by an instructor, this workout includes several different kinds of exercises such as diaphragmatic breathing, stretching and balance exercises. Enjoy a refreshing workout in the midst of nature at sunset.
