  • *Wear loose, comfortable clothes (no rental wear is available). Exercises will be done barefoot.

Reset with Yoga

These exercises combine Tai Chi movements and breathing techniques with other traditional Chinese martial arts. Enhancing the mood is a soundtrack of inspiring Chinese music.

Nature Workout
