SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga is practiced at the outdoor pool. Work on your core muscles while focusing on the gentle sound of water.

Stretching for Relaxation

Even the most stressed-out bodies yield to these leisurely but effective stretches. First-timers welcome. Wear loose, comfortable clothes (no rental wear is available). Exercises will be done barefoot.

Reset with Yoga

"Rhythm and Stretch" is a special program to help promote your appetite through exercise. Also great for those who do not exercise regularly.

Tai Chi Dance

These exercises combine Tai Chi movements and breathing techniques with other traditional Chinese martial arts. Enhancing the mood is a soundtrack of inspiring Chinese music.

Dodgebee

Think of dodgeball played with a frisbee, in this case a disc made of soft and safe material. Played barefoot on the grass, the game is ideal for parents and children.

Reef Watching

Explore the reef lagoons that appear at low tide along the Uza shoreline right in front of the hotel. Kids and adults alike become enthralled by the world of tropical fish, shellfish, corals and other little creatures who populate these seawater ponds. You'll be walking over rocks, so please wear marine shoes or other non-slip footwear. (Tour begins at low tide; check for starting time. Reservations are accepted up to one hour beforehand and cancelled in the event of rain.)
