Two cocktails wrapped in the spring scent of Okinawa await you. The Nouvel an Fraise features fresh local strawberries and craft gin produced locally. It is crisp and refreshing with its fruity touch. The Mandarin Vent, with Ie Island rum as its base, is made using a generous portion of tankan mandarin, an Okinawan citrus, and is refreshingly well balanced on sweetness and acidity with tonic water.

At The Atta Terrace Club Towers, we bountifully feature seasonal vegetables and edible flowers harvested in our own garden, tailored to colorful tropical course dishes. The hors d'oeuvres on offer are grilled tuna and diamond squid caught off the coast of Okinawa served with two different sauces. Enjoy the frittura made using Okinawan inshore fish for the fish dish as well as the lightly braised Wagyu beef with roasted spring vegetables for the main dish.

Starting with sumptuous hors d'oeuvres lined with lobster and abalone, savor this gem of a course featuring carefully selected ingredients. The fish dish is a frittura made with local inshore fish fried in a rich and fragrant cherry blossom sauce. The main dish of grilled Wagyu beef is served with a special sauce prepared using seasonal tankan mandarin and foie gras. Incorporated into each dish are seasonal vegetables and edible flowers harvested in our own garden to deliver the breath of spring at its freshest.
